As the title suggests I am re-inventing myself. I have all the knowledge and will power to achieve my goal weight and be a happier, healthier me.
This tumblr is now going to be dedicated to my journey. I feel that many people need extra motivation when they are achieving a goal and I feel if I blog about it it will make me accountable - not only to people who read this (if any one reads this) but to myself as well.. so here goes.
Sleep: I slept great last night. Felt all energetic before I even got ready for the day.
Breakfast: I started with 2 x eggs, serving of baby spinach, 2 x mushrooms and a hand full of cherry tomatoes. Funny enough looking at my plate I did think that it wouldn’t be enough - not like my muesli would do - but I struggled to finish! I had a tea with milk and 1 sugar with breakfast. My mini goal is to cut out coffee eventually - but I did have 1 coffee today.
Recess: Snack was a handful of raw nuts and a green tea. I am so proud of myself, I drank the WHOLE thing even though I really don’t like green tea.
Lunch:Lunch was delicious! Its all about meal preparation! Last night I cooked Kanga Bangas for today’s lunch with a salad that was made up of bean sprouts, alfalpha, tomatoes and caspicum. Simple but filling.
Afternoon snack: Afternoon snack was a bananananananana and a protein shake. Now the protein shake I have says that I need to have 2 scoops per 200mls of water - however I don’t like the taste so I have 1 scoop per 200mls of water.
Dinner: I haven’t had dinner yet as I am preparing it now. Menu tonight is italian herbed chicken with broccolini and beans. I am excited to try it as I haven’t had fresh veges in a while.
CHEATS: Now today I know I cheated a bit on my diet. I had a chocolate bullet, chocolate coated almond and a mini dark chocolate tim-tam bite. Chocolate is my main vice that I think will be hard to break.
Exercise: I plan on attacking the INSANITY workout, however, tonight I played a game of touch footy instead. It was great. I played most of the game and even went for a try. I even went for a sprint to catch someone but didn’t get them in the end. I ran and that is all that matters.
